CRUSA Late Model Sportsman Tour Returns to Needmore for Race 2

(Eastaboga, AL – March 7, 2025) – The highly anticipated Rogers-Dabbs Performance Parts Crate Racin' USA Late Model Sportsman Tour is set to return to Needmore Speedway for the 2nd Annual Southern Heritage Classic, taking place March 27-29 in Norman Park, GA. After an action-packed season opener at All-Tech Raceway, which saw Wyatt Gainey become the ninth different winner in series history, the stage is set for another thrilling weekend of competition.

This marks the tour’s second-ever visit to Needmore Speedway and the third event hosted in the state of Georgia. Last year, Jason Garver took home the inaugural event victory at Needmore, and this year, drivers from across the Southeast will once again compete for the $4,000 winner’s purse and crucial championship points.

Track Promoter Chance Smith expressed excitement about the upcoming event, stating, “Anticipation is building, and vibes are picking up as everyone is preparing and gearing up to start the season chasing after a big payday and a great trophy.”

Additional Racing Divisions and Payouts:
In addition to the Crate Racin’ USA Late Model Sportsman feature, Needmore Speedway will host a full weekend of high-stakes racing, including:

$7,500-to-win UMP Mods/Modified Mafia Tour (Fairbury/PDC Format - $500 to-win prelims on Friday)
