Norman Park, GA – Needmore Speedway is thrilled to announce that the Crate Racin' USA Late Model Sportsman will once again headline the 6th Annual Morgan Sheffield Memorial Race on Saturday, August 24, 2024. This highly anticipated event will feature an impressive $3,016-to-win for the 602 Sportsman class, alongside a diverse lineup of racing action.

The 6th Annual Morgan Sheffield Memorial Race promises an exciting night of dirt track racing with the following divisions competing:
Crate Racin' USA Late Model Sportsman: $3,016 to win, $216 to start
Crate Racin' USA Late Models: $1,516 to win
Crate Racin' USA Street Stocks: $716 to win
Super Street: $716 to win
Enduro: $716 to win
Crown Vic: $416 to win
Friday, August 23: Open practice for all divisions from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Pits open at 5 PM. Admission: $25 for Friday only or $55 for both days. Grandstands are free.
Saturday, August 24:
Pits Open: 2 PM
Grandstands Open: 5 PM
Drivers Meeting: 6:30 PM
Hot Laps: 7 PM
Admission Prices:
Friday: Pits $25 or 2-day pass $55. Grandstands Free.
Saturday: Pits $35, Grandstands $15. Kids 12 and under are free.

Benefit: During Saturday’s intermission, a small benefit will be held for Chase Giddens. We ask everyone to keep Chase and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
In addition to the thrilling racing action, running 4 Christ Ministries will be on hand to support the community. They will bring 200 backpacks and their ministry car to the event, with a child winning a ride. The team will be set up at the general admission gate, so come out and visit them.
